Visual Basic Comment Potato is a small but extremely helpful
Visual Basic debugging aid. It makes it easy to do something
very significant: to temporarily neutralize selected lines of
code virtually on the fly, to help you narrow down problems
in your program, by commenting out lines of code in bulk.

It makes it easy to do one other thing that isn't quite as 
significant, but is nonetheless very helpful: It lets you
indent several lines of code at a time with clicking ease,
and remove levels of indentation the same way, to make your 
code more readable and easier to maintain.

VB Comment Potato consists of two buttons that add themselves to
the Visual Basic menu bar window just to the right of the standard
VB toolbar, and a popup menu.
